What We Will Do
- Be available by phone and email all year for questions, consults, and deal reviews.
- Run three 3-day meetings a year, plus monthly Zoom calls in the non-meeting months.
- Prescreen every project you submit and tell you the good, the bad, and the ugly, and whether to move forward.
- Review your residential or commercial contracts and closing documents and apply my money saving clauses.
- Partner on any deal we both agree to and put up the frontend capital when requested.
- Teach you, step by step, how to launch and run your own local bird dog group.
- Buy you a new Mercedes and drive it to your home if we net $1,000,000 on deals you and I do (residential & commercial) for as long as you are a member.
- Some commercial projects may not sell in the first year. Youâll get paid your share as long as you are a member.
- Do anything I reasonably can to help you succeed, excluding the items below.
What We Will Not Do
- Guarantee youâll make money or that you wonât lose it. This is real estate, not a savings account.
- Visit projects without a consulting or partnership arrangement in place.
- Process your leads until you get enough information from the seller or agent. I have a virtual class on generating leads on both residential and commercial. Youâll get that when you register. You donât have to wait for a meeting to submit leads.
Requirements: So Weâre Clear
- Your application must be approved by me. Send no money until youâre accepted.
- You complete my core courses (Quick Start and Commercial) so we speak the same language OR you can attend after joining with a deep discount. If you have been to one or both, you may attend again for free, but itâs not required. The sooner the better. I only do 2 Commercial boot camps per year.
- You generate at least 10 quality leads per month. Waived your first month while you set up your system. Most commercial leads are online and cost nothing to find. Iâll send you a video on how to do it.
- You share with the group, participate in discussions and hot seats, and actually work deals. If you donât want to buy and sell real estate, this isnât the group for you. Remember, you wonât use credit and little or no money to buy houses or commercial on Planet Ron.
- You keep the groupâs deals confidential and never interfere with a project another member or staff brings to the table.

QWhat kinds of deals can I bring?
Any of them. A house, a short-term rental, an apartment complex, self-storage, retail, office, a mobile home park, land, a note, whatever you find. Thatâs the whole point of this group. One membership covers every strategy I teach.
QHow does the âbuild your own groupâ part actually work?
I hand you the same model I use: how to find and recruit local investors, what to require of them, how to structure who gets paid what, and how to keep the deals flowing to you. You end up with your own army bringing you deals in your market while you focus on structuring and closing. You must be able to finish their deals or this isnât for you. You get $500 a month per member even if they donât bring leads. 10 members equals $5,000 per month.
QWhat if I decide itâs not for me?
Come to the first meeting. If you donât see the value, ask for a full refund before you leave the room and youâll get it. After that first meeting, funds are nonrefundable. Fair to you and fair to me.
QWill I really have access to you?
Yes. My cell and my email. My team handles the day-to-day and I review every deal and am available when you need me. Nobody I know is more qualified to teach this. You donât know what you donât know. My partner, Mark Mostek, will review all your commercial deals and Iâll review the house deals.

QRon, how is this different than one-on-one mentoring?
Actually, there is no comparison. Our Residential Mentoring is for residential only and lasts 6 months. Itâs one-on-one focused, helping students buy houses. They have scheduled calls each week and access to their mentor all week. If you have to choose, Iâd say start with Quick Start Real Estate School and Mentoring. CORE is for people who are ready to implement and serious about moving up quickly.

QDo I really have to come to Jacksonville 3 Times?
Yep! Thatâs the deal. No virtual. It may be inconvenient but when we start working on your deal, your excitement will quickly override the inconvenience. No virtual event will come close to the value of a live event. How many trips did you make to go to school? My friend, I spent my first 25 years doing residential only. I didnât want anything to do with commercial because I thought you had to have a lot of money and a big financial statement.
