Dear Ron & Company,

I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how I'm doing with your program. I am very excited about my new-found way of doing the same business that I was in before I met you. Since my training in Jacksonville in August of last year [1992], I immediately found two houses that fit my new parameters with only about 8 offers made. I bought them, fixed and sold them both within about 90 days. But, in total since the boot camp, I've purchased 5 residential properties and sold and closed out of 4. I netted $9,400 on one and have made no less than $14,400 clear profit (net) before taxes on the others. I have a contract to sell on the other property and will cash out of that one too.

I have to say, I used to waste time looking at properties I had no chance of buying at the right price, but your boot camp taught me how to zero in on the properties I should be looking at and how to make sensible offers. The training was very focused, concentrated, and left no stone unturned. I am impressed and tell everyone I can about you and what you have available to teach them.

I am quickly reaching the point where I will be putting more deals under contract than I have time to retail. I really appreciate the program you've put together and made available for everyone. I'm glad I didn't pass it up! 1993 will prove to be my best year yet.
