Student Success Story - Crystal Baker

I “was” a single mom with two small children that I was attempting to raise on my own, not just physically, but financially as well. While I had a college education, was at the top pay in my field, I was working too many hours to count, not spending ANY quality time with my children, and it was still a challenge to keep up with all the bills and more importantly to me, keep them in private school.

Our overall needs were small, and yet I was barely meeting them. Assuring the best education in a safe and value-instilling environment had become my greatest dream, and the loss of that, my biggest fear.

It was in the midst of one of, what had become, many days, where I was “running” through my day and feeling ineffective in every way, that I heard a commercial of Ron LeGrand. I had completed a number of rehabs before having children…but of course, always with my own money and HARD labor. Something, of which, I no further had any.

After much deliberation, and with the “scrutiny” of my ever-analytical father, I decided to attend Quick Start.

This is where my journey truly began. I’ve always been a true proponent for the need for mentoring and continuing education. I knew without doubt, how important that would be if I were going to be successful. And frankly, success was the only option to assuring the future I wanted for my children and myself.

I met my mentors at Quick Start and they were fantastic. They are truly “action engineers” and inspired me to take action immediately. They helped me to call sellers and complete contracts to help me to get to closing deals. Their scripts were invaluable. Without the scripts I would have just been calling blind and bound to run into a number of lost deals. I managed to acquire 3 properties and complete one ACTs deal in 3 months.

At the end of 6 months, I had $25,000 in my pocket and equity worth $100,000.00.

They were extremely good at instilling action, which is so very important to getting the business off the ground and for continued success. They are “automation engineers” which is invaluable if you want to run your business and not have your business run you. What I found to be one of the most important things is learning to get out of your own way…and, WOW, are they fantastic in helping you work through your boundaries and roadblocks and on the way to success.

What amazing motivators!!!

Every communication built me up with some positive remark to help me to believe in myself and stay on my goal!

Thank you!!!
