This week's featured student is Hector Padilla, a brutally honest and disciplined investor yet enjoying “The Good Life NOW", because life is short and unpredictable. He’s been an investor for 21 years and operates HP Capital Investments, Inc; a Real Estate Acquisition and Investment Firm.
His time proven methodical system is simple. It's all muscle & No Fat! He credits his success to hiring vetted mentors, one of which is Ron LeGrand, who he met in 2003.

Now my family & I are “Living The Good Life!” Mr. Padilla is now a Mega Millionaire and has purchased over $100,000,000 in real estate. He was able to retire at the age of 38, but loves the hunt too much to hang up his gun slinging belt.
